"Coffee", "Tea" and "Latte" are the active families. "Americano", "Warm Tea" and "Cappuccino" are the active beverages. "Choco" family is disabled to simulate the "no chocolate powder" case.

This new concept is "time-free". There's not back and forth. You just move between the two "Select" and "Customize" states.
